Step out of the professional bubble
Four times a year, we gather around a complex question — with people who see the world differently.
You spend most of your time with people who speak the same professional language.
An artists sees the world different. A philosopher will ask different questions. A technologists will find other possibilities. An ecologist feels systemic approach for real.
Where Lab and Bespoke revolve around a question inside your organisation, Field goes a step further: toward what’s changing in the society around your organisation. You find that at the edge: where two worlds touch, more emerges than in the middle of either alone. Field is that edge.

What happens
Field is an atelier session in Amsterdam:
we share a meal and select one of the questions we bring,
we sharpen together and turn into a concrete next move to test.
Land → Encounter → Explore → Concrete → Share
With a small group, deliberately including people from outside L&D and HR — that's where the different view comes from. And with four of these sessions a year, you build something a single session never gives you: real rhythm, with room for contact of your own between sessions.

Who is welcome
You bring the question
A broader change theme with a learning aspect that's stuck — whether you're an L&D professional or not, and whether it plays out in your team, your whole organisation, or the wider society around it. Think digital collaboration, employee resilience, building a curriculum around a whole school and its environment, or a societal project you want to move forward together. You don't need a fully formed question — just a real, current one, however big.
What this delivers: a stuck question gets a view that unlocks it — not once, but 3x a year, so you build rhythm instead of getting helped a single time.
You bring a different view
You don't have a question, but an expertise from outside L&D — art, ecology, systemic therapy, philosophy — or you work somewhere learning happens outside the classroom: a museum, a festival, nature. You want that view to land on something bigger than your own daily practice. The learning perspective is already at the table, through Anneke, Bernd and the cohosts; you add something else.
What this delivers: you test your view against a real, complex organisational question, in contact with a group that takes learning seriously — and you bring a question of your own: how do you actually design a good learning experience?
The group thinks that through with you just as seriously. Reciprocal, in both directions.
