Move something together
A tailored experience for teams who want to develop their people, create movement and make meaning in real work.
Something needs to move
You’re a learning professional. You know how to design a good learning intervention.
But sometimes the challenge isn’t the intervention.
A change isn’t landing.
People aren’t moving with it.
A good idea stays on paper.
Or you’re trying to move something that sits between teams, roles or the wider organisation.
You can design another programme.
But perhaps what’s needed is to bring people into the movement itself.
Not another training
Sometimes you don’t need to design the next intervention.
You need to create the conditions for people to see what is happening, explore what could be different, and move something together.
That’s where Bespoke comes in.
You bring a real question from your organisation.
We design the experience around your context, your people and what needs to move.
You develop.
People move.
Meaning emerges.
A space to practice
Bespoke gives you a space to work differently — with the people who are part of the question.
You bring your learning expertise.
We bring the space, perspective and design to help you explore what could move.
Together, you work on something real, while practising how you lead, listen, design and create movement in a complex system.
Not from the outside.
From within the work.
What moves
You
Grow as a learning professional and leader.
Movement
Create movement around a real organisational question.
Meaning
Make sense of what happens and what it asks of you and your colleagues next.
Bespoke for your team
One real question. Your people. Your context.
Bring something that needs to move in your organisation.
Maybe your L&D team wants to explore AI without immediately building another academy. Maybe you’re working on a change that needs more than a communication plan. Or maybe the question sits between L&D, IT, leadership, communications or the people doing the work.
We build the experience around your question and bring the right people into the room.

How it unfolds
01 — Land + Sense
We start by creating space to arrive, connect and see what is really happening. Together, we explore the question beneath the question.
02 — Shape + Share
We turn what we see into something we can try. Your team tests a concrete step in the real organisation and brings back what happened.
03 — Reflect + Embody
We make sense of what you learned, what shifted and what it asks of you next. The aim is not another document, but something you can carry into your work.

What can move
Healthcare
Digital transition in healthcare
Asked to increase digital capabilities among 3,000 healthcare professionals. Instead of launching mandatory training, we designed a movement. Teams actively applied to participate. Supported by on-the-floor digi-coaches and "do-ers", we removed the fear of making mistakes. The result: true behavioural change driven by co-ownership and psychological safety
The University · Bespoke
Improving blended learning
We stopped writing policy. Together with teachers, IT, management, and students, we downsized the massive question to one tiny micro-experiment: "How do we design the LMS template to improve the student journey?" The result: organic co-ownership and a live, active student journey.
